If the material would have been open if not submitted through ePlans, it will be open when submitted through ePlans. The City of Springfield is a public governmental body subject to the requirements of the “Sunshine Law” with regard to the release, or public disclosure, of documents submitted to the City to third parties who request it. It is recommended you refer back to this statement periodically to determine if changes have been made.
